Salmas with Hummus and Avocado

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack of 3 Salmas
  • ½ medium avocado
  • 20g of ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • A pinch of zaatar

Instructions

  • 1. Spread a tablespoon of hummus on each Salmas
  • 2. Top with avocado slices
  • 3. Sprinkle with ricotta cheese, zaatar and chives to decorate
